I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 13 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most difficult and transformative seasons. I specialize in trauma treatment and utilize evidence-based modalities including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and parts work approaches to help clients understand and heal the deeper roots of emotional distress. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relational challenges, complex trauma, grief, life transitions, and patterns of self-criticism or emotional overwhelm.
